In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid inconveniences. Missed appointments or cancellations made without the required notice will result in a $50.00 fee. Payment for each session is due in advance prior to session or on the first day of the session. If you purchased a program package , the full payment is due by first session. If there is a pattern of making and canceling appointments, we may request a non-refundable pre-payment as a measure to ensure future appointments.

Upon purchasing and enrolling in a program, you are granted a 24-hour window during which you may reconsider and request a refund. However, after this 24-hour period, refund requests will not be eligible for consideration.
