About my approach
I've been a registered hypnotherapist for over ten years, specializing in spiritual journeying and past life regression. I also work as a somatic practitioner, which means when a session brings up something intense, I know how to help you move through it safely.
My spiritual background isn't separate from this work. It's the foundation of it. I'll help you prepare your questions before we begin, so you arrive ready to go deep.

Your spirit guides and higher consciousness are always present. In an altered state, that presence becomes tangible. Clients meet their guides, receive healing directly from them, and are taken exactly where they need to go, sometimes somewhere entirely different from what they planned.
Some people arrive with a list of questions and enter such a deep state of higher consciousness that the questions no longer matter. In that space, the answers are already known. What comes through instead is something far bigger than what they came looking for.
This is the part of the work I find most humbling. I hold the space. The rest unfolds on its own.

The Process
How it works
You can book a single two-hour session and go straight into the work. Or if you want a more comprehensive experience, with time to reflect, prepare your questions, and arrive with real intention, the two-appointment option gives you that space.
The Interview / 1 hour
We sit together, talk through what you're looking for, and I get a clear sense of your motivation and intention. Together we build the questions that will guide your hypnotherapy.
The Session
We review your questions, then I guide you into hypnosis. I'll be with you through the entire experience, and afterward we'll work together to integrate what came through.
